i'm aware I start off the video saying "STOP IT" and then end with "DO WHAT YOU WANT". I was irritated and so that ended up not making a lot of sense lol. Overall, I would like the media to stop feeding into the relatable hate of youtube, obviously, but only when they do their research and make their own minds up.

yes, there is some sort of divide between youtubers and their audiences. but it's certainly less than those in the celebrity world, and there always will be when it comes to someone and their audience. me and my friends try to acknowledge it as much as is appropriate, and use our communities for the better - comment sections in videos as a support network, where we all come together and share what we've learned, wishing online friends happy birthday and recommending favourite books and new music.

I love my kind audience and community. I'd be making what I making and sharing what I do if I had to pay to myself, I adore it so much.
